Once the booking was confirmed, the service deteriorated completely. The assigned representatives, Himanshu and Vineet, were extremely difficult to reach. Calls were rarely answered, and almost every urgent issue was handled through delayed WhatsApp messages. In a foreign country, asking customers to "just type" instead of speaking to them is unacceptable. The biggest disappointment was the transfers. Most were arranged through Grab/P2P taxis, something I could have booked myself at a fraction of the cost. This was never transparently explained during the sales process. After paying a premium, I expected professionally managed transfers—not standard ride-hailing services where I had to coordinate everything myself. We spent 30–40 minutes stranded at KL Sentral because of confusing instructions and no one willing to explain the process over a phone call. The very next day, our pickup from Suria KLCC was delayed despite prior intimation, with responses limited to vague messages like "Already in queue" and "You will see." Overall, the communication, coordination, and customer support were consistently poor. I have complete WhatsApp records documenting these incidents. TravelTriangle should seriously review whether Abroad Vacations meets the service standards expected on its platform. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise travellers to avoid Abroad Vacations and book hotels and local transport independently instead.
